Ft Worth, Texas – In the mid ’60’s, at the height of a successful engineering career, Dr. Kaiser was born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. Dr Kaiser and his wife Emogene entered the full-time ministry in 1969; pioneering a church in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1971 a door was opened for them to serve at Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas. Bill served on staff as worship leader, registrar, bible teacher and Emogene was a voice teacher. In 1976 they launched out in a missions ministry in the US and Europe. In 1978 Dr. Kaiser became the director of Word of Faith Leadership and Bible Institute, an interdenominational bible program broadcast nationwide via satellite.

Since 1986 the Kaisers have traveled the US, Canada, Europe and Africa in missions ministry. Together they pioneered the Time of Refreshing meetings for American missionaries serving overseas. To date they have conducted over 35 Time of Refreshing gatherings, hosting missionaries for three days of cost free blessing and encouragement. Since 1986, they have hosted over 2000 missionaries. The Kaisers have been married 60 years. They have two married sons and four grandchildren.

Dr Kaiser is the author of many books and research notes.

Times of Refreshing
A ministry From North American Saints,
through North American Ministers,
to servants of God

Three days filled with Spirit led worship, encouragement, exhortation, rest, laughter, and blessings at a beautiful hotel/conference center.

Times of Refreshing are under the direction of Bill and Emogene Kaiser of Ft Worth, Texas. A dedicated team of ministers travel into various countries where missionaries serve God and invite them to pause in their labors to come and be refreshed. There is no cost to the missionaries. Expenses are always paid for in full by Christians in North America who share the Kaiser’s vision for supporting and refreshing those who are “taking the good news into the whole world.”

Times Of Refreshing is a great way for those at home to say to faithful missionaries all over the world, ”We know that you are out there and we care about you.”

Often this simple demonstration of your love through giving to support this outreach makes the difference between discouragement and joy; between quitting and enduring; between failure and success!

Great care goes into making this a special time for missionaries. They are not asked to join an organization. There are no hidden agendas. No offerings are taken. This is simply time set aside for our missionaries to relax and listen to God.

Times of Refreshing began in 1987. In 30 years, we have held 38 gatherings in Germany, Holland, Switzerland, England, Albania, Austria, Romania, Turkey, Russia and Singapore.
